Chloe's emotional post comes after she opened up about the "hardest year" of her life on social media recently, and shared with her 3.8m Instagram followers that she feels "back on track".

Alongside a photo of her smiling with her thumbs up she wrote: "After the hardest year of my life I finally feel like my mental health is back on track."

She continued: "I’ve always struggled with my mental health but I can say right now I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in a very long time and it feels so good. I’ve worked so hard on my self and I’m so f**king proud."

In the second slide, Chloe posted a photo of herself where it appears she's been crying.

She expanded further on her current feelings on her Instagram story. She wrote, "Tears in my eyes when I literally think about what an awful year I've had and I'm just so happy that I'm finally starting to feel happy again it just feels so good."
