Jacqueline Jossa has candidly opened up on her lifestyle transformation and revealed she has lost half a stone.
Former EastEnders star Jacqueline, 28, updated her 3.1million followers on her progress after making changes to her lifestyle.
During an Instagram question and answer session, Jacqueline was asked by a fan how much weight she has lost.
She then explained: “I don’t actually know as of this week, I haven’t looked, but over half a stone but I’ve got a while to go.”

Earlier in the day Jacqueline, who recently celebrated her daughter Ella’s sixth birthday, explained she had been on a “healthy reboot plan”.
Jacqueline said: “I have tried to be as good as possible. You guys know I'm on a bit of a healthy reboot plan.
“I think we're going to be fine. I still feel really good and I definitely haven't eaten as much c**p as I would have during these times. So that's good isn't it.”
It comes after Jacqueline said she feels more “confident and positive” after starting her new weight loss journey.
She previously addressed her weight loss in a video posted on her Instagram story last week.
As she posed in a burgundy sports bra and black leggings, Jacqueline explained to her fans: “I’m on a weight loss journey. Everybody is saying to me in the DMs that you look like you're losing weight.
“I am losing weight, I've lost over half a stone. I'm really happy, I've got a long way to go.
“But I'm feeling good, more confident and positive. It's changing my mood most importantly.”
She continued to admit that she had put on some extra pounds during the ongoing pandemic but is now working hard to get back into shape.
However, she informed fans that she didn't want to give away too much about her fitness secrets because not every journey works for everybody.
The former I’m A Celebrity Queen of the Jungle said: “I need to know what I'm doing is correct and right for me before I share it with you guys, because I don't want to be messing with your lives.

“Let's face it after the jungle I lost weight in a really weird way because you just basically starve for three weeks and when you come out you eat all the food.
“Then lockdown happened which did not help me in the slightest. I've got a long way to go to hit where I want to be.
“Not necessarily weight wise because I'm trying not to focus on the scales as much but just about how my clothes fit, how I look and how I feel,” she continued.
