Sophie Habboo, who is better known as "Habbs" on Made In Chelsea, revealed she could no longer partake in her live fitness workout after a "personal" problem came up.

The reality TV star, 27, who has been in a long-term relationship with Strictly Come Dancing finalist Jamie Laing, 32, since April 2019, regularly hosts fitness workouts for her fans on Instagram with personal trainer Charlie Smith.

But on Monday, Sophie had no choice but to cancel the session at the very last minute because of "personal" reasons.

On her Instagram story, she wrote: "Guys I'm so sorry but something personal has come up and I won't be able to do the live today."

Shortly after letting her followers know as soon as she could, Charlie also updated his fans with a similar message.

Alongside a black screen, the fitness instructor said: "Sorry about the confusion with the live this morning guys.

"Will be back on Wednesday at 9am @habboosophie. A bodyweight workout will be going up on my feed later today so keep an eye out."

It comes just days after Sophie's boyfriend Jamie and his professional dancing partner Karen Hauer lost the glitterball trophy to comedian Bill Bailey and his professional dance partner Oti Mabuse, who has now won Strictly two times in a row.

Back in October, Jamie teased his fans he would pop the question to the blonde beauty if he won this year's competition.

Just days before the intense final on Saturday night, Jamie revealed whether we will be hearing wedding bells for himself and Habbs anytime soon.

He told us: "You know what? Maybe I should do that. When I lift the trophy I might propose to her at the same time.

"Honestly, she would be furious if I did it on the Strictly dance floor, on the TV.

It would be her worst nightmare. So between us, I will propose to her when I win Strictly."

Jamie finished off by saying: "The goal in life is to have a family. The meaning of life is to love, isn't it?

"And of course, I want children with Habbs. And if she wants to do it, I'm game! But we'll see what happens."
