Kanye West is premiering a new music video from his No. 1 studio album, Jesus Is King – and he’s enlisted his own father, Ray West, to star in the video.
The 42-year-old rapper dropped his latest visual on Friday (November 8).

“My dad came to visit me at one of our ranches in Cody, Wyoming…it took me 42 years to realize that my dad was my best friend,” he emotionally shared on Twitter prior to the video’s premiere.
“What does it really mean to follow God? Like, as I stand here today, I’m reminded of the first time my children ever got an opportunity to be in snow, and when we walked outside in the snow they were very fearful in terms of the steps they would take,” his father is heard saying in the video.
“Instead of creating your own footprints, walk in the footprints that I already made.”
