Leigh-Anne Pinnock stuns in sheer yellow dress as she hosts MOBO Awards

Leigh-Anne Pinnock looked stunning as she arrived on the MOBO Awards red carpet this evening, Sunday 5 December.

The Little Mix star is presenting this year's awards alongside comedian Munya Chawawa and debuted a striking look as she arrived on the red carpet before the ceremony.

Leigh-Anne, 30, wore a sheer yellow dress with cut-out detailing which she paired with glittery heels. The star had her hair styled up in a high ponytail.

The Black Magic hitmaker opted for glowing make-up, with shimmering gold eyeshadow and a clear lipgloss.

She completed the look with stunning dangling yellow earrings alongside matching rings on her fingers, which were freshly manicured in nude and white.

The MOBO Awards – which stands for Music of Black Origin – has moved from its usual London home this year and is taking place in Coventry at the Building Society Arena, with artists Dave, Stormzy and Little Simz among the nominees.

It comes after the star debuted a similarly glamorous look at the premiere for her new movie Boxing Day earlier this week, just days before Little Mix announced they were taking a hiatus to focus on other projects.

The mother of twin babies wowed in a backless black dress as she was joined by bandmates Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirlwall, both 28, at the film premiere, as well as her fiancé Andre Gray.

In the festive film, Leigh-Anne aptly stars as an international pop star who is also the ex-girlfriend of a newly-engaged protagonist Melvin, played by Aml Ameen.

Little Mix confirmed they were taking a break as a group on Thursday 2 December and were brought to tears following their final performance before the hiatus on the Graham Norton Show.

In a statement posted to Instagram confirming their break, the girls said: "We wanted to let you all know that after the Confetti tour in April/May next year we are going to be taking a break from Little Mix."

“It’s been 10 amazing years, a wonderful non-stop adventure, and we feel the time is right to take a break so we can recharge and work on some other projects.

“We can’t thank you enough for your love and never-ending support since the beginning. We love you all SO much.

“We are not splitting up – Little Mix are here to stay. We have plans for more music, tours and performances in the future. We’ve made so many incredible memories with you all, and we can’t wait to make so many more.

“We’re sisters and we’ll always have each other and you, the fans, in our lives. Little Mix is forever. See you on tour! Jade, Leigh-Anne and Perrie x”
