The Love Island star went on to explain how her dad collapsed the day after Christmas and an ambulance rushed to their house to treat him.

She continued: "Dad is quite bad and collapsed on boxing day [sad face emoji] was the scariest time of my life. Ambulance came but we have decided to keep him at home. His breathing is okay he is just sleeping all day.

The star, who recently flaunted her incredible figure on a night out with Amber Gill, went on by sharing a few ways they've been trying to boost their immunity in order to beat the deadly virus.

"Tips we have been doing to help," she started. "lots of ginger lemon honey warm drinks, vitamin D, berroca, steam inhalation with mint, paracetamol to bring down fever, ibuprofen for fever and pains (please check it doesn't interact with any current conditions or medications), sterimar spray for sinuses, cup of freshly squeezed orange juice a day".
