Lucy Mecklenburgh looked stunning in an off-the-shoulder flowing long white dress while out with her five-month-old son Roman.

The 28-year-old posted the picture on her Instagram and she captioned the picture, she wrote: "I got wayy more excited about Roman’s new Strada pushchair than my new handbag .. what’s happened to me!?!?"

Lucy was enjoying a day off as she's previously opened up on how she attempts to get through the struggle of being a working mum to a newborn baby.

The brunette beauty welcomed her first child, son Roman, with fiancé Ryan Thomas, 36, in March and is slowly returning to work.

But to avoid trying to get overwhelmed by her workload and having to look after a four month old, Lucy took to Instagram to tell her 1.7million followers how she had managed to keep on top of everything.

She said: "So today I have cleverly tried to put all my work between feeds and naps, which is so hard.

"Roman has five set feeds a day and then one in the night and then three naps a day, so I've tried to slot…

"I've just done a live for Water Wipes' Early Days Club which was really good fun, I really enjoyed it, and Roman didn't have any meltdowns during which was a bonus.

"I've just put him down for a nap, I think he's just woke up though, and I've got another work call.

"I'm just trying to get everything done, you just have to plan everything so much better than before having a baby because it's a lot harder to get a bit of free time to get some work done.

"It's quite nice, though, to be getting a bit more work done today and not just feeding and nappies."

Former reality TV star shared her fears for Roman's health over the weekend, as she told fans he has a "stiff body."

She wrote on Instagram: "Major mum guilt Roman's been screaming a lot in the night/knees to tummy, back arching, stiff body, very gassy!! He's been screaming for 2 hours," as she worried she may have consumed dairy, which her son is intolerant to.
