Tommy Mallet has unveiled before-and-after photos after he was warned he could develop type 2 diabetes and needed to change his lifestyle.
The TOWIE star, 29, has altered his diet, taking on less stress, and worked hard in the gym to transform himself after he was given a serious warning by doctors earlier this year.
Posting on Instagram, the TV star showed off his two months of progress and the immediate impact it has made – with plenty of famous faces rushing to praise him for his hard work.
In the post, Tommy joked that Men's Health Magazine will be calling him in three months' time as he showed off his new, leaner body – pledging to continue his fitness journey ahead of a blood test at the end of the month.

The businessman, who shares a son, Brody, with his fiancée, Georgia Kousoulou, said that his "whole world had been turned upside down" after medical professionals told him he was at risk of developing type two diabetes if he didn't change his lifestyle for a more active and healthier one back in April.
The reality TV star has clearly stuck to his doctor's orders, with a major transformation already taking place just two months in.
Captioning his before-and-after images, Tommy wrote: "On the 7th of April I was told that I was boarder lining type 2 diabetes (there’s many reasons how this can happen), from that day onwards I’ve changed my diet around & tried not to take on as much stress..
"Heres my 2 month progress picture. @menshealthuk ring me in 3 months… Lets goooo!! Blood test at the end of this month! Il let you know the outcome."
A few stars come forward to share their support for Tommy's major changes, with Blue singer Simon Webbe commenting "Good looking out bro," under the star's inspiring post, with Example adding a supportive clapping-hand emoji in admiration.
In the photos you can see Tommy's torso, with more defined muscles and his abs beginning to show. His legs and arms have also started to develop a lot more muscle in the two months since changing his lifestyle.
Speaking to MailOnline back in April, he said: "My whole world has been turned upside down the last week to be honest with you. It is mad. I did a 360 test with blood tests and I am at risk of type 2 diabetes. I am really healthy."
He then went on to explain that, after testing positive for the coronavirus, he lost his sense of taste – meaning he began eating a lot more sweet treats – but after a while, the treats "got the better" of him.
Tommy worked hard to lose some weight and change his diet, but admits it wasn't straight-forward to begin with. He said: "I have seen a top nutritionist so I am working on it but the baby has the flu and he has been crying all night.
"I have been up all night with him. So it is a bit of a warzone to be honest with you."
Tommy and wife-to-be Georgia, 30, became parents for the first time last year, when TOWIE star gave birth to their son Brody.
In February this year – nine months on from their child's birth – Tommy popped the question to the mum-of-one during a romantic trip to Mexico.
