Aside from his 50 years as Queen’s guitarist, Brian May generously likes to be involved in other music projects with up-and-coming artists. The 74-year-old has most recently joined Italian pop-lyric tenor Luca Minnelli on his debut single Forever and Ever With You, which is out now on all digital platforms worldwide. We Will Rock You musical’s original Meat star Kerry Ellis sang an uplifting duet with Minnelli on the track as Brian joined in on the electric guitar.

Aside from featuring on the song, which you can watch the music video for below, Brian also co-producer Forever and Ever With You alongside Maestro Diego Basso, one of Italy’s most highly acclaimed orchestra directors.

A statement for the track read that it’s “a mesmerizing track that weaves symphony and rock with a magical three-voice harmony.

“Minnelli’s virtuoso vocals wed May’s electric guitar effortlessly to craft the quintessential example of what can happen when opera and rock collide.

“The vocals of Ellis, who starred in the original London production of We Will Rock You, combine with Minnelli’s to carve an ambitious musical pathway.”
