Coronation Street star Katie McGlynn left the Corrie cobbles just a few weeks ago, and she's been using her time-off wisely.
The 26-year-old has dedicated herself to getting fit, having hired a personal trainer to keep her focused on her fitness journey.
In a clip shared by the gym, the starlet can be seen shouting "f*** off" at her trainer, as she strains to work the weight machine.
Taking to Instagram this week, the actress – who played Sinead Tinker on the soap – opened up about her "depths of hell" she experiences with her training regime.
The blonde beauty described her workouts at Manchester's Up North gym in three words – intense, hellish and worth it.
Katie explained: "It's not for the faint-hearted, you have to be FULLY committed to it or I wouldn't even think about it! But, once you get in the swing of things and start seeing your progress it gets better. I'm more organised I'll tell you that!"

She went on: "Hellish – yes the sessions can be very much like you are in the very depths of hell. Nothing worth having comes easy so to keep getting results it has to be hard and every session has to be challenging… No pain, no gain!"
Pointing out that "worth it" was actually two words, she continued: "When you start seeing and feeling the benefits, witness yourself getting stronger physically and mentally – there is nothing more motivating.
