Rebel Wilson flaunts 40lbs weight loss in lycra leggings after ‘year of health’

Rebel Wilson has once again flaunted her incredible 40lbs weight loss as she put on a very fit display in her workout gear.

The 40-year-old had a "year of health" in 2020 and went on to lose 30kg which she has been showing off ever since in a number of colourful outfits.

Taking to her official Instagram account today the Bridesmaids and Pitch Perfect actress looked sensational as she posed up a storm while wearing an 80s-themed outfit.

Uploading a series of snaps in the same attire, Rebel twisted her body in a number of poses including placing her hands on her hips and raising her arms up in the air.

Rebel looked sensational in a tight pair of neon hot pink high-waisted leggings, designed in a shimmery fabric.

She paired this with a tight orange cropped top which also featured long-sleeves.

To complete her look, Rebel opted for a pair of dark pink trainers with white bottoms.

Upping the glam, she also sported an 80s-style hairdo with a high ponytail on top of her head.

Rebel also uploaded a video of herself in the outfit as she could be seen spinning around with a towel around her head.

She revealed in November that she had hit her goal weight of 75kg after transforming her lifestyle.

At the time, she shared a snap of her body rocking skintight lycra and of some scales showing her weight.

She captioned the shot: "Hit my goal weight with one month to spare!"

"Even though it’s not about a weight number, it’s about being healthy, I needed a tangible measurement to have as a goal and that was 75kg’s."

Rebel told People magazine she had been eating around 3,000 calories a day with little exercise before transforming her relationship with food and exercise.

The starlet, who is currently dating Anheuser-Busch heir Jacob Busch, said: "Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry.

"So, I’ve really changed to eating a high-protein diet, which is challenging because I didn’t used to eat a lot of meat."
