A PLACE in the Sun host Laura Hamilton was caught off guard as a screaming guest KISSED her to celebrate buying a property.
The TV presenter was joined by guest Tamsin and her best friend Emma, who were looking for a holiday home on the Greek island of Crete.
Guest Tamsin, who appeared on Wednesday's episode of the Channel 4 show, had a budget of £100,000 to find her perfect home.
Laura came up trumps and found exactly what she was looking for in the village of Ano Hersonissos, where Tamsin had previously holidayed.
The property, which was the first place she was shown by Laura, was located in the traditional village and had views of the sea.
While it was a little small, the guest couldn't help but shake her gut instinct about the home, which also had a large roof terrace for sun bathing.
Despite looking round much larger and more modern properties, some of which closer to the sea, Tamsin had her heart set on property number one.
It had been valued at €150,000 (£128,000) at the time of filming, but the guest was adamant she wouldn't budge over her £100,000 budget.
While Laura was doubtful the price would be enough, she agreed to phone the agent with the lower offer and see what happened.
"Hello, Laura speaking," Laura could be heard saying on the phone, "I will pass that information on, and then I will speak to you soon."
Looking solemn, Laura turned to Tamsin and Emma to report: "The agent did manage to get hold of the vendor."
She then broke into a smile to share the happy news of their accepted offer: "I'm really pleased to tell you, you've just secured a home!"
Laura was quickly drowned out by Emma screaming in joy, while Tamsin covered her mouth in shock and remained in stunned silence.
The TV host embraced the two excited women as Tamsin leaned in and gave her a kiss on the cheek, thanking her for her efforts.
"Oh my God, I didn't expect that to happen at all," an excited Tamsin finally was able to say. "I feel in shock and excited at the same time."
Laura's pleasant property experience comes weeks after she was faced with a fussy guest who demanded a spacious bolthole as close to the beach as possible for just £50,000.
Fans of the show raged as property expert Laura Hamilton had a hard time finding a dream holiday home for fussy guest Sharon.
Fans called the guest "picky" as Sharon only liked property number three out of the five shown to her by Laura, as she said they didn’t give off a "holiday" vibe.
One fan slammed the woman: "56k and wants a sea view, a pool, air con etc etc etc. Get real woman. Stop being so picky!"
Another penned: “You want to be near the sea? Then either go home and up your budget or buy a caravan in Skegness."
A Place in the Sun is available to stream on All 4.
