Coronation Street fans have predicted Todd Grimshaw's downfall after Will secretly filmed him on Friday.
During the episode, Todd (Gareth Pierce) unknowingly confessed to splitting up Billy and Paul, as well as "nicking" the heat pump which resulted in Paul being wrongly arrested earlier this week.
Prior to the admission, Will had secretly set up his mobile phone in the undertakers so he could record the exchange without Todd realising.
At the end of the episode, Will played back the incriminating evidence on his phone where Todd warned in the footage: "Never forget Will, always have an insurance policy."
After the footage played out, Will looked into the distance before smiling, with soap watchers predicting the character will lead to Todd's downfall on the ITV soap.
One person said: "Will is totally going to be Todd’s downfall and I can’t wait! #corrie."
A different account put: "Will recorded Todd what a legend! Send it to Billy and Summer please #Corrie x."
Another viewer commented on Twitter: "This is exactly what I’ve been saying a lot of things on Coronation Street would be sorted if ppl just b****y recorded a conversation once in a while #Corrie."
A different soap watcher said: "I can't wait to see Todd is being exposed by Will's phone to Billy. #Corrie."
While another excited viewer exclaimed on social media: "Looks like Todd's downfall is close!"
Elsewhere during the episode, ex-Peaky Blinders star Jamie Kenna made his Weatherfield debut as Fiz Stape's new love interest, Phill Whittaker, on the ITV soap.
On Friday, Phill asked Fiz, played by Jennie McAlpine, on a date to Speed Daal.
Soap watchers were heartbroken when Fiz and Tyrone Dobbs broke up earlier this year, with the mechanic going on to start a relationship with new girlfriend Alina Pop, who recently dropped the bombshell news that she’s pregnant.
And next week, Fiz goes on her date with Phill at Speed Daal where they instantly "hit it off", however their date is soon interrupted by Tyrone who calls in to pick up a takeaway and is left shaken to see his ex moving on.
Coronation Street continues on Monday at 7:30pm on ITV.
