This Morning has faced plenty of awkward blunders over the years and Friday's instalment was no different as Dermot O'Leary was cut off while he was speaking.
The presenter, who previously enjoyed a stroll with his baby son Kasper, was still speaking when the show went to an ad break.
The host said: "Awww love to Gilbert, still to come get ready for a corker, corker of an interview I tell you, Alison…" before the show went to the weather and an ad break.
Fans were left in shock and took to Twitter to defend the 47 year old host over the embarrassing moment.

One Twitter user wrote: "Can't believe Dermot got cut off #ThisMorning."
"Dermot being cut off so we can be told that it's weathery out there today. #ThisMorning," another person stated.
A third added: "@thismorning what happened there… u cut to the ad break too quickly and cut off Dermot!"
A fourth expressed: "Did they just cut Dermot off?! #ThisMorning."
This isn't the only awkward moment on the show recently, as Alison previously mentioned guest Graham Norton's dead dog to him.
As the interview began, the 45 year old said: "Do you know what, I miss you. I love you.
"The last time I saw you you were with your dog, out and about. Have you still got your dog?"
The chatshow host, 57, awkwardly responded: "No. Dead."

Alison, who showed off her crumpet slippers over the Christmas period, was left mortified and awkwardly said: "Oh, I'm gutted. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. I'm absolutely devastated."
Dermot and Alison took over Friday hosting duties from long-time hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.
ITV officially confirmed their appointment in November with a statement that welcomed the pair on board.
Managing Director, ITV Daytime, Emma Gormley said: "We are delighted that Alison and Dermot will be joining the main presenting family on This Morning.
