EastEnders delivered a dramatic triple shooting as Hunter Owen held up the Queen Vic at gunpoint, with Ben Mitchell and Keanu Taylor falling in the firing line.
After last night’s episode left someone’s life in the balance, it was revealed Hunter (Charlie Winter) had shot Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) during the Queen Vic scuffle.
His life, however, was saved by Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy) who managed to keep him alive using a knife and a biro, after some pressure from Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden).
As Hunter leaves the pub holding Louise Mitchell (Tilly Keeper) as hostage, Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) runs in to her defence – only for Hunter to shoot him to the floor.
While Keanu’s fate is unclear, he was seen still alive as the episode concluded.
Safe to say, many are concerned about Keanu and Ben’s fate.
Hunter met a grisly fate after firing upon Keanu, with police shooting Hunter dead in the middle of Albert Square, with Louise alive next to him.
While Hunter’s rampage has come to an end, will Ben and Keanu’s injuries cause long-term damage to the both of them? And how will this affect Hunter’s mother Mel Owen?
EastEnders continues Monday BBC One at 8pm.
