EastEnders reveals Ben and Callum's huge wedding drama

It’s an EastEnders love story for the ages, but after everything that Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) and Callum Highway (Tony Clay) have been through, will they successfully make it down the aisle?

The jury is still out on that one!

To say there is trouble in paradise might be something of an understatement, after Callum told his fiancé that Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) was the target of his undercover operation!

Ben, of course, reels in the wake of such a revelation, leaving the two men’s impending nuptials somewhat up in the air.

Callum vows to do whatever it takes to make things right, and vows to wait at the registry office for his beau on the day of their wedding.

And said day arrives next week, as Callum wakes from his slumber full of pre-wedding jitters, wrestling with the notion that the love of his life might not turn up.

Ben, meanwhile, shows no signs of getting ready, as he listens to Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) encouraging Phil to speak to his son – desperate to ensure he doesn’t leave Callum waiting at the altar.

But the worst is yet to come, as the wedding guests start gathering at the Queen Vic when Phil storms in and makes a shocking revelation.

Ben is missing!

News of the young lad’s disappearance eventfully reaches Callum at the registry office, prompting Stuart (Ricky Champ) and Vi (Gwen Taylor) to swoop into action.

Callum waits at the altar – hoping and praying that soulmate Ben will show up – but will this be the case?

Phil at last finds Ben in The Arches, but the young man refrains from telling him what it is that his lover has done.

Stuart, however, makes a bad judgement call, and inadvertently reveals that Callum had been working undercover on him – leaving Phil seething!

Will love conquer all? Or will heartbreak prevail?

Hold on to your new hats, this is one you’re not going to want to miss!
