Elizabeth Hurley 'devastated' as son Damian, 19, cut out of £180m fortune after dad Steve Bing's death

LIZ Hurley’s son Damian will not receive a penny after the death of his multimillionaire father Steve Bing, a judge has ruled.

Bing, at one point worth some £600m, was found dead outside a luxury apartment building in California in June 2020.

Hurley had dated the 55-year-old back in 2001 and they shared 19-year-old son, Damian.

Bing also had 21-year-old daughter Kara with former tennis player Lisa Bonder.

He left nothing to them in his will and is thought to have squandered his fortune.

However, the kids were due to inherit cash from a £200m ‘grandchildren trust’ set up by Bing’s billionaire dad, Dr Peter Bing, 90, before they were born.

He went to court to cut them out because they were born out of wedlock.
A judge ruled against him in 2019 but he appealed and won the case last year, the Daily Mail said.

Lisa told them: “It was a bizarre outcome given that a huge number of children in the United States are now born out of wedlock.”

The move has "horrified and devastated" 56-year-old Liz, the paper reports.

The fortune will be split between the two children of Steve’s sister Mary, who were born in wedlock unlike their cousins.
