Emmerdale fans predict twisted Luke Posner love triangle with Aaron and Victoria

Emmerdale fans came up with an interesting theory tonight, as Luke Posner and Aaron Dingle went head-to-head.

Aaron was fuming when he realised Wendy Posner (Susan Cookson) was about to move in next door to Victoria Barton.

Victoria (Isobel Steele) was raped by Wendy's son Lee (Kris Mochrie) in previous scenes, before her brother Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) killed him off to get revenge.

Since Robert was jailed for the murder, his husband Aaron (Danny Miller) has harboured a growing hatred for the Posners and the heartbreak they caused.

Lee's brother Luke (Max Parker) is determined to patch things up, befriending Victoria and helping her throughout her pregnancy.

Luke has already hinted at romantic feelings towards Victoria, but certain viewers felt a steamy love triangle was on the cards tonight.

Taking to Twitter, fans predicted Luke is about to start two-timing Vic and Aaron, dating them both at the same time.

One said: "I predict a Victoria, Luke, Aaron love triangle… New Year prediction."

A second added: "I await Emmerdale doing an Aaron, Luke and Victoria love triangle."

While a third remarked: "Aaron and Luke are gonna end up sleeping together aren't they?"

Later, Victoria asked Aaron for advice about Wendy, saying: "I tried ignoring her, and now she's going to be in my face every day."

Meanwhile, Wendy tried to convince Luke that Victoria had lied about Lee's assault.

She said: "I know he could never have forced himself on Victoria. Lee did nothing wrong and he was killed for it."

Standing by Vic, Luke said he believed "that she's not a liar".
