Vinny Dingle (played by Bradley Johnson) slated girlfriend Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele) for being asexual during a horrible fight on Emmerdale tonight, and viewers were outraged.
Vinny has been undergoing huge trauma on the ITV soap as his dad Paul Ashdale (Reece Dinsdale) is an abuser and has been secretly beating him up.
After Vinny’s latest trip to the hospital, his girlfriend Liv has been determined to find out the truth about who hurt him.
Realising she was asking too many questions and getting close to the truth, Paul manipulated his son and ordered him to break up with the teenager.
But she wasn’t listening to him, and a desperate Vinny used the one thing he knew would really hurt to get her to leave him alone.
"I love you," Liv insisted, as Vinny snapped: "Well I don’t love you.
"You’re some weirdo who doesn’t want sex, what were I thinking?"
Devastated over the couple breaking up and furious with Vinny for his behaviour, fans swooped down on Twitter.
"Liv will be kicking s*** out of him next #emmerdale," one person raged.
Another commented: "Vinny insulting Liv for being asexual – that was horrible to watch #Emmerdale."
"'Some weirdo who don't want sex' now now Vinny no need to get personal. #Emmerdale," a third said sadly.
While a fourth said angrily: "Oh no, that was out of order, Liv didn’t deserve that… #emmerdale."

"Ohhh ouch that one hurt #Emmerdale," a fifth shared, followed by: "Wow that's cold poor Liv #Emmerdale."
"Ouch, that comment hurt me just as much as it hurt you Liv. And if I was you Liv, when this is all over, and the truth comes out, have nothing to do with Vinny. He could of dumped you, without saying that comment. #emmerdale," another fan added.
Despite Vinny’s cutting words, Liv knew deep down that Vinny was only trying to hurt her to drive her away because of Paul being in control.
Liv won’t stop till she gets to the truth.
Emmerdale continues weekdays at 7pm on ITV.
