Evil Lewis divides Ben's family in EastEnders as he tells Peter who attacked him

Lewis Butler (Aidan O’Callaghan) will continue to cause problems for Ben Mitchell’s (Max Bowden) family in EastEnders as the aftermath of Ben’s sexual assault continues.

Following Ben’s rape, Lewis began to lie about what really happened between them, making out Ben was the instigator by sending messages on a dating app.

Coming up, as Ben tells Jay (Jamie Borthwick) about his assault, his mate inadvertently puts doubts in Ben’s mind about going to the police.

At the station, Ben changes his mind over reporting Lewis, concerned the police won’t actually believe him.

The next day, Lewis is riled when Kathy (Gillian Taylforth) fires him from his job at The Albert.

Meanwhile, with Ben desperate for revenge, he’s annoyed when Lewis fails to turn up to their meeting at The Arches.

Bursting into The Albert, Ben demands Kathy tells him where Lewis lives, but she stays quiet.

Believing Kathy is protecting Lewis, Ben struggles to keep his rage in check.

Later on, fuming at Kathy sacking him, Lewis retaliates by telling Peter (Dayle Hudson) that Ben is the one who attacked him.

When Kathy learns Peter knows the truth, she’s stunned – but what will Peter do?

Could he report Ben to the police?
