Love Island star Faye Winter joked that she and Teddy Soares helped put new bombshell Remi Lambert into the villa after she revealed their hilarious baby link.
On Tuesday (June 14), the 26-year-old blonde bombshell took to Instagram to share her excitement after the teaser of the two new hunks set to enter the villa aired on the ITV dating show.
Alongside fellow beefcake Jay Younger, the reality stars are set to turn heads in the villa as Islanders see whether their current relationships will stand the test of time with the addition of new residents.
As she shared a snap of the new Islander on Instagram, she boasted about his appearance on the show after spotting his resemblance and matching name to the baby Faye and Teddy looked after during last year’s series.
She captioned the hilarious post: “So proud of our son @teddy_soares! He grew up so fast in a year! Note to all new parents…hiding in a wardrobe and giving all responsibility to the daddy’s allows them to grow rapidly.
“Love always MUM AND DAD” which she signed off with a kiss.
As loyal fans of the show will remember, the blonde belle hid in the wardrobe while she left baby Remi in the capable hands of her boyfriend Teddy after showing resentment to the crying robot baby.
The former lettings manager later went on to share a video of herself commenting on his arrival in the show as she recalled the hilarious baby challenge last year.
In the clip, she added: “So team the news is finally out, baby Remi is going back into the villa a year later. It’s so weird for us as parents.
“Obviously as you guys all know, the producers absolutely loved me on the show and they absolutely loved Teddy too.
“So we obviously just worked with them to make sure that part of us was going back onto the show because they loved us so much.”
The reality star went on to attribute any of Remi’s potentially impolite qualities to herself and her poor motherly skills in the villa.
Faye went on: “Any d**khead traits that come from Remi are obviously from parent number two [as she points to herself].
“I hadn’t done much parenting and I had just basically brought him up on the basis that not everyone’s gonna like you and I was teaching him them lessons early on in life not everyone’s gonna like you but that’s okay.”
The starlet went on to attribute any potential “angel” qualities to the impressive parenting skills Teddy displayed during his time as a dad in the villa.
She added: “Any angel traits are going to be coming from Teddy, parent number one, because he’s been doing lifestyle coaching with him, taking him to the gym every day, make sure he grows.
“It’s just been amazing to watch and I can’t wait to finally see him on our screens.”
