How much does it cost to stay at Adam Henson’s farm?

Adam Henson fans have seen a whole new side of the presenter and farmer in his latest show Our Family Farm Rescue.

The series has introduced the star to a new wave of fans, many of whom are now hoping to take a trip to Henson’s own farm.

Located in the Cotswolds, Henson’s farm is open to the public, with even the option to stay there for the night.

For anyone looking to stay, there are a few options on how to do it, all ranging in price.

The Cotswold Farm Park has just launched its bookings for 2022, with spaces closing fast due to increasing popularity.

The website reads: “Immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the Cotswold hills, discovering wildlife, stunning views and ancient stone villages.

“Capture those magical misty mornings, then feed our rare breed animals as your Farm Park tickets are included with every stay…”

With expansive land to work with, there are many different spots to camp on or stay in, with the most affordable option being to bring your own tent.

Touring  and Camping Pitches start from £15 per night and offer the best way to see the farm at a relatively low cost.

The next option is Camping Pods, with three being available on-site.

These offer visitors the camping experience without the hassle of setting up the tent.

The website explains: “Like camping but don’t have all the kit? Our camping pods are the ultimate alternative.

“Our three camping pods are complete with electric sockets, electric heater, safety torch, four bean bags and a small camping table.”

These camping pods start from £50 per night and offer guests a cosy little space to enjoy the scenery.

For those looking for more luxury, there is the option to stay in a glamping tent for £65 per night.

These “Moroccan-themed glamping tents offer a great introduction for those new to camping, or anyone who likes the idea of travelling light,” with everything already set up on arrival.

The latest addition to the farm is the Strawberry’s Field Glamping, which will host “16 festival themed” luxury tents, starting from £175 per night.

The farm’s popular dairy cow, Strawberry, is due to calf in a few weeks, making the new space temporarily available in her field.

Finally, there are the Lodges, which go for a starting price of £180 per night.

The website explains: “Our six Sunset lodges are located in their own private field. Each Lodge can sleep up to six people* plus one infant.

“The lodges have their own private bathroom (includes towels), a family kitchen with appliances, crockery and utensils to make your stay comfortable, and a bright and open lounge with stunning views.”

Fans have been sharing their thoughts on Henson’s latest show, with many of them taking to Twitter to comment.

One fan said: “Great program, Our Family Farm Rescue, if all episodes are as good as the first it’s going to be an excellent series. British Farmers respect.”

Another added: “Was a great start to the series, what a transformation was made to the barn wishing the family all the very best in their new venture.”

The first episode aired on July 20, with each new instalment coming weekly on Tuesdays at 9pm on Channel 5 and My5.

Our Family Farm Rescue with Adam Henson is available to watch on Channel 5.
