Jamie Laing's pals are pleading Strictly Come Dancing bosses to give him another chance on next year's series.
The Made in Chelsea star, 30, was forced to pull out of this year's show after suffering a nasty injury during the launch's group dance.
After last night's episode aired, Jamie shared a picture of himself hugging Oti on Instagram and wrote: "If only @otimabuse . You are a star!!"
His friends quickly took to comment on the picture, with co-star Alex Mytton writing: "Saw you dancing mate and if you were an emoji you’d be this next year surely!!"
Meanwhile Oliver Proudlock, who also appeared on the E4 reality show, commented: "Cute couple. Next year animal!"
Vicky Pattison remarked with a heart emoji: "Next year babes."
"You’ll kill em next year Jamie," London Hughes wrote.
He also appeared on his Instagram Stories and addressed his replacement, Emmerdale star Kelvin Fletcher.
He said: "I just want to give a big congratulations and shout out to Kelvin Fletcher who's taking my place in Strictly this year.
"Buddy, thank you for your message, I'm sending you one back because obviously you're going to have the best time ever and you're going to rock the dance floor.
"Plus, you have Oti, so go on, kill it. Good luck!"
Jamie appeared on last night's launch show, which was filmed a week ago, despite having since confirmed that he would no longer be taking part.
Medical professionals told him he wouldn't be able to meet the minimum weekly requirement of 12 hours of training.
Yesterday, viewers watched as Jamie was coupled with Oti – leaving them worried that she would no longer be taking part in this year's show too.
However Mirror Online confirmed last week that there would be a celebrity replacement, for the first time in the show's 15-year history.
Speaking as news of his quitting broke, Jamie said: "I'm absolutely devastated that I’m unable to continue in the competition, I was so excited to hit the dance floor!
