KATE Garraway enlisted the help of pal Myleene Klass today as she threw son Billy a garden party for his 11th birthday.
The presenter returned to Good Morning Britain this week in the wake of her husband Derek Draper's ongoing coronavirus battle.
And while Derek's recovery weighs on her mind, brave Kate made sure to mark her son's big day with a socially-distanced gathering with their closet friends and family.
Kate enlisted the help of dear friend and Smooth colleague Myleene for the party, who shared a plethora of clips of preparations getting underway for the soiree.
At first, Myleene shared a snap with her other half Simon Motson as well as her children Hero, Ava and son Apollo.
Captioning the adorable selfie, she wrote: "@kategarraway your party planners have arrived."
The broadcaster than shared a short clip of everyone working together to organise Kate's garden for the party and later posted a video of her daughters helping organise the party rings.
Marking the day right, Billy, who turns 11 on July 28, was also treated to a balloon arch, inflatable gladiator game, teepee and a Fortnite-themed cake.
After all the party prep was done, Myleene posed for a socially-distanced snap with Kate, who looked stylish in a blue maxi dress.
Captioning the shot, she wrote: "Socially distanced but together for today".
Earlier this week, Kate, 53, revealed she would be visiting her husband Derek in hospital for the first time in four months.
She said on Tuesday's show: "I might be able to go and visit Derek after the show today and in fact the nurses are going to put Good Morning Britain for him today.
"They’ve got a TV and they’re putting it on this morning, obviously we don’t know what he can hear or see.
"They didn’t realise I was on air yesterday, but they’re going to put it on today and see if there’s any reaction. We’re trying anything at the moment."
Kate, who is also mum to Darcey, 14, returned to the ITV morning stalwart on Monday after four months off while Derek was battling the virus.
Father of two, Derek, 52, emerged from his Covid-19 coma after 98 days in hospital.
The 52-year-old has opened his eyes but has "minimum consciousness".
