KATIE Price is 'rushing through' her divorce from Kieran Hayler in a bid to leave her free to marry boyfriend Carl Woods, The Sun Online can reveal.
The former glamour model is still married to ex Kieran, despite announcing their split in May 2018 months after she discovered that he had cheated on her for a third time with their nanny Nikki Brown.
Katie, 42, and Kieran, 33, married in 2013 and welcomed two children; Jett and Bunny, during the course of their relationship.
The couple were believed to be finalising their divorce earlier this year but proceedings were put on hold while Katie entered into the Priory 16 months after initially checking in for PTSD.
Nine months on from their initial proceedings, The Sun Online can reveal that Katie is now pushing the divorce through since meeting new boyfriend Carl Woods, 27, three months ago.
A source told us: "She's asked her team to rush it through, whatever it takes.
"The final details are being sorted this week. She's keen to end the marriage so she's free to marry Carl if he proposes.
"She's head over heels for carl and things are moving really fast."
A rep for the former couple confirmed that Katie and Kieran are finalising their divorce this week.
They shared: "Katie is not rushing per say but certainly is at a point today were she is finalising a very long divorce to Kieran.
"This week Katie will sign her divorce papers and pay the online fee for the divorce to be processed.
"Katie is excited about the next steps and the future that lays ahead with Carl. Not just their YouTube being launched today but the beginning of a new life, with bigger better more amazing things yet to come."
Since they began dating in June, Carl has stayed by Katie's side during her ordeal with ill son Harvey and has been hitting back at online trolls.
Carl has been pals with Katie for years, but was set up with the mum-of-five by a mutual friend around a month ago.
"Katie wasn’t looking for love or a serious relationship but just weeks after meeting Carl, she fell head over heels for him,” a source told The Sun Online at the time.
"She’s surprised how fast they clicked.
"He’s her ideal man, really: he’s got a job and his own money, he’s fit, they have a laugh – and she really fancies him.
He appeared on Love Island back in 2016 – the same series as Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen – as a bombshell on the speed dating task. Sadly, he never made it into the villa.
Before he entered Love Island in 2016 Carl revealed he owns 30 cars including a lamborghini.
He described himself as "charming, confident, game, outrageous and irresistible" adding: "Being a Channing Tatum look-a-like is a bonus to say the least.
"I get told I look like him a lot."
Meanwhile, Kieran has happily moved on with girlfriend Michelle Penticost.
The couple started dating after meeting at the primary school their children attend.
They went public in August 2018 when Kieran posted a picture on Instagram of him and Michelle enjoying the bank holiday at a beach.
