Love Island's Georgia Harrison checks into 'detox bootcamp' after 'losing control of her mental stability' in lockdown

GEORGIA Harrison has checked into a "detox bootcamp" after "losing control of her mental stability" in lockdown.

The Love Island star, 26, said her work hard, play hard lifestyle was leading her to "burn out”.

Georgia and her look-a-like mum Nicola spent a week on a detox and fitness retreat in Norfolk.

The mum-daughter duo have taken part in a variety of daily regime of structured work-outs.

Looking sensational in a lemon coloured sports crop top and pleated tennisskirt, Georgia showcased her trim figure.

The blonde beauty flashed her toned abs while lifting weights and later popped on her boxing gloves.

The reality star then opted for a lilac co-ord which featured a zipped crop style top with a pair of figure-hugging leggings.

She posed for a series of sweaty workout snaps with her 54-year-old mum Nicola.

They both looked incredible doing the regimes in the grounds of the 30 acre site around the luxurious No 1 Boot Camp residential guest house.

They both joined in daily fitness sessions taken by former military fitness trainers.

Georgia told her fans that she needed to spend some time working on her mental and physical health after experiencing pressures in day-to-day life.

Taking to Instagram, she wrote: “Over the last week and a half I have been at No 1 Bootcamp in Norfolk spending some well needed time working on my mental and physical wellbeing.

"Everything was getting too much for me with lots of pressure, multiple set-backs and a general unbalanced lifestyle consisting of going out too much, over working and constantly fighting to keep up with a lifestyle that was leading me to burn out.

"Being here has been the most amazing blessing in every way possible. It’s enabled me to remember who I really am, that putting myself first is okay and how much more potential I have when I’m not drinking (even though only a couple of times a week socially it still was affecting my energy and mood levels especially with the added stresses of my current life situation).

"I’ve been training from 6am – 4pm with small breaks in between, I’ve been eating a completely clean, controlled diet with only one coffee allowed a day and tonnes of water/herbal teas."

The TV beauty, who has recently been spotted out and about with her glamourous mum, said she was thrilled to be spending some quality time with her.

"I’ve been blessed to have my mum join me for part of my ongoing journey and the support of the absolutely unbelievably enthusiastic, caring and supportive trainers that make this place so special," she continued.

"It’s left me feeling mentally and physically strong, full of energy from morning until night and completely changed my habits.

"I’ve also been taking daily vitamin tablets for skin, sleep and body. For anyone who lost control of their mental stability or physical ability during lock down or in general i couldn’t suggest it more.

"You will laugh, you will make friends, you will achieve things you forgot you could and you’ll do it all in a beautiful peaceful part of England.

"You can’t help others unless you are living at your own full potential, remember that and implement it either at a place like this or in your own disciplined way.”

Georgia was recently oozed elegance alongside her lookalike mum Louise as they enjoyed dinner in Mayfair last night.

The Love Island star put on a glamorous display in a gold maxi leopard-print dress.

The TV star smouldered at the camera while posing with one hand on her hip.

Georgia, who appeared in Love Island in 2017, was joined by her lookalike mum who donned a chocolate-brown jumpsuit.

The outfit featured a zip along the front and she completed her glam look with a pair of shiny black heels and a matching handbag.

Georgia's fans have regularly shared their astonishment at how youthful her mum is, saying they look more like "sisters".
