Married at First Sight UK hopeful Luke Dawson's mum has hinted that her son may be in for a bumpy ride with his new bride Morag Crichton.
The 36-year-old firefighter and the Essex beauty, 31, who had never met before, tied the knot on the hit programme.
It soon became apparent that Morag wasn't entirely happy with her "order" as she complained to the camera crew that Luke wasn't her "usual type".
Preparing to watch the love-finding show proved to be difficult for Luke's mother Lynn Kamanda.
Hinting that things may not have gone to plan for the newly weds, Lynn explained to her Instagram followers that she was going to need some extra supplies to get her through the series.
Sharing her excitement, she posed for the camera beaming a huge smile after spotlessly cleaning her home in anticipation.
Lynn captioned: "We'll I'm ready for tonight!
"Bought new pj's, bottle of wine and a swear box lol this show just might cost me a fortune."
It appeared the proud mother, could not wait to see her son walk down the aisle to a complete stranger on TV.
Commenting on the same post, Lynn added: "This has been the longest day of my life!!
"Scrubbed the house top to bottom, been shopping, tea is ready and I've still got 4hrs and 13mins to wait!!!!"
Meanwhile, Luke also indicated on his own Instagram feed that his romance to Morag may not have gone the distance.
After being undated with romantic gestures, Luke responded flirtatiously to one fan who had explained their DMs were open.
Luke's follower wrote: "Hope it works out between you and Morag…..if not feel free to slide into my DM's," along with a winking face emoji.
In reply to the cheeky message, Luke penned back: "Haha , hope you feel like this at the end of the series."
Although the future seemed to look bleak for the newly weds initially, they seemed to be getting on better after Morag spoke a few truths.
The vet nurse explained to Luke that she hadn't liked his clothes and the pair headed out, splashing out £600 on a new wardrobe for him.
