NINA Warhurst has been flooded with support from BBC Breakfast fans after suffering a heartbreaking family bereavement.
Nina, 42, is a regular presenter on the show as well as appearing as a correspondent on the cost of living crisis, winning a legion of followers in the process.
They came out in force this week when Nina shared a heartbreaking update on her Twitter account.
Posting a picture of her smiling happily at her granddad, Nina wrote: "A beautiful day to say goodbye to my Grandad Michael Jackson, born 100 years ago.
"Salford, to Ireland, to war, where he witnessed the liberation of Bergen Belsen, before raising our Manc rabble.
"42 years of his wisdom and love – one of the greatest fortunes of my life."

Nina's former BBC Breakfast colleague Steph McGovern tweeted: "What a brilliant picture and clearly a cracking man. Sending love."
BBC weather correspondent Matt Taylor added: "Love that photo Nina xx."
Nina's fans were also out in force to support her, with one writing: "A Lovely family photo Nina. So sorry for your loss. Bergen Belsen must have been so harrowing for him.
"May he RIP. Sending love and prayers."
