Piers Morgan has branded Declan Donnelly a "slathering hyena" as he laughed off claims he'd be a good fit for the next series of I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
The former Good Morning Britain host wrote in his latest Daily Mail column that he has no intention of going in the jungle, or castle, despite Lorraine Kelly's pleas.
The ITV morning queen had said she thought Piers would be "absolutely amazing in there" as she urged Ant McPartlin and Dec to sign him up.
Ant teased: "Well, he's not working at the moment, so he'll be looking for a job."
Piers wrote in his column: "Dec cackled like a slathering hyena at the thought of luring me into their hellish jungle prison camp."
He went on: "Let me make one thing crystal clear: there's no way I'm ever exposing myself to a series of ghastly gastronomic humiliations for the delectation of the British public."
In true Piers style, he joked: "When I munch kangaroo testicles, I do so in the privacy of my home."

Speculation has been growing since Piers quit his Good Morning Britain role earlier this year about what he would do next.
He admitted that most of the speculation is "fuelled by [him]", following his not-so-subtle suggestions that he would return to the show.
There had been some expectation that Piers would join the line-up of presenters of newly launched GB News, however there has been no sign of that yet.

Instead, he has been fuelling the fire in the rumour mill by responding to news articles about Good Morning Britain and suggestions of who Susanna Reid's new co-host could be.
Susanna has so far been joined by the likes of Adil Ray, Richard Madeley, Alastair Campbell and her former BBC co-star Turnbull.
And earlier this week it was announced that money saving expert Martin Lewis would be taking the hot seat for a three-day stint at the end of June.
He said of his new gig: "For 15 years I loved answering questions on Good Morning Britain, now I'm stoked about getting the chance to ask them," he said.
"While I hope to set the agenda on key consumer issues like scams and the financially excluded, I'm also up for the challenge of spreading my wings on all subjects.
"And when it comes to holding power to account, I always play fair with a straight bat but that doesn't stop me swinging it hard."
