Rings of Power attracted a record-breaking 25 million views on its release date after viewers had been waiting patiently for two years to see it. The Amazon Prime Video fantasy drama has proved a hit with subscribers so when is the next instalment out? Here’s everything there is to know about watching Rings of Power.
What time will Rings of Power episode 5 come out?
The Lord of the Rings prequel, Rings of Power first premiered on Friday, September 2, on Amazon Prime Video.
Subscribers were treated to the first two episodes on the release date and from then on, a new instalment has come out every Friday.
Episode five of Rings of Power will be no different as it is released on Friday, September 23, just after 12 am ET.
But the exact time at which the next episode comes out does depend on your geographical location.
Rings of Power episodes will be released at the same moment around the world but the time will differ.
This is because the globe is split into various time zones so fans need to take note of when it’s going to come out, according to their zone.
If you live on the west coast, then episode five is going to be out on Thursday, September 22, at 9pm PT.
Meanwhile, UK subscribers will get access from 5am BST on Friday, September 23.
So far, the first four episodes have been made available on the streaming service.
Season one of Rings of Power consists of eight episodes in total so the series is already halfway through.
As long as there are no changes to the schedule, Rings of Power’s grand finale will come out on Friday, October 14.
Thankfully, there will still be plenty more to come, even when the series does end.

A second season will be on the way as Prime Video has already confirmed that work had started earlier this year on the next lot of episodes.
According to TIME, filming will begin in October so the series may not be released until late next year, given the large production.
Unlike the films and the first series which were filmed in New Zealand, there have been reports of shooting for season two instead taking place in the UK.
There has also been talk that the producers have got stories lined up for five seasons in total.
Showrunner JD Payne told Empire: “We even know what our final shot of the last episode is going to be.
“The rights that Amazon bought were for a 50-hour show.
“They knew from the beginning that was the size of the canvas – this was a big story with a clear beginning, middle and end.
“There are things in the first season that don’t pay off until season five.”
The Rings of Power continues every Friday on Amazon Prime Video.
