Strictly Come Dancing 2019: Dances, songs and format for week 4 revealed

CAN you believe it's already been a month since Strictly came back to our screens!? Well, fret not as there's more sequins, glitz and entertainment coming your way this Saturday.

And now we have the dances and songs revealed – here's what's in store for week four…

What are the dances and songs for week four of Strictly 2019?

Strictly is already well and truly in the swing of it and here's what it's in store for week four:

  • Emma Barton and Anton Du Beke will be performing the Viennese Waltz to Send in the Clowns by Barbra Streisand
  • Michelle Visage and Giovanni Pernice will be dancing the Salsa to Quimbara by Johnny Pacheco and Celia Cruz
  • Dev Griffin and Dianne Buswell will be performing the Cha Cha to Dancing With a Stranger by Sam Smith featuring Normani
  • Kelvin Fletcher and Oti Mabuse will be dancing the Rumba to Ain't No Sunshine by Bill Withers
  • Chris Ramsey and Karen Clifton will be dancing the Jive to Saturday Night's Alright (For Fighting) by Elton John
  • Emma Weymouth and Aljaz Skorjanec will be dancing the Jive to Kids in America by Kim Wilde
  • Karim Zeroual and Amy Dowden will be dancing the Tango to Paradise by George Ezra
  • Alex Scott and Neil Jones will be dancing the Tango to Go Your Own Way by Fleetwood Mac
  • Will Bayley and Janette Manrara will be performing the Foxtrot to Señorita By Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello
  • Catherine Tyldesley and Johannes Raebe will be performing the Charleston to Single Ladies by Beyoncé
  • David James and Nadiya Bychkova will be dancing the Quickstep to From Now On by Hugh Jackman
  • Mike Bushnell and Katya Jones will be doing the Quickstep to Come on Eileen by Dexys Midnight Runners
  • Saffron Barker and AJ Pritchard will be dancing their Couple's Choice which is Contemporary to Because You Loved Me by Celine Dion

When is Strictly Come Dancing 2019 on?

The next show airs on Saturday, October 12 2019 on BBC One at 7pm.

The results show is the following day on Sunday at 7.15pm.

All episodes will be available to watch on BBC iPlayer and catch up channels.

What does the winner of Strictly Come Dancing get?

Most importantly the winner gets the coveted Glitterball trophy. 

However, each star also gets £25,000 for signing up.

If they manage to stay on the dance floor until the end of October, this rises to £40,000.

Any star that makes it to the quarter-finals sees their fee jump to £60,000.

Those who make the semi-finals will see a climb to £75,000.

While the Strictly winner will be paid £100,000.
