Karen Hauer and Chris Ramsey will take to the dance floor this weekend and perform the Charleston. The Strictly Come Dancing duo were discussing their upcoming performance when Zoe Ball delivered a potential crushing blow to their chances of making it through the first elimination on the BBC show.
The comedian and Strictly pro performed a Cha Cha Cha for their first dance together but the judges weren’t too impressed.
Critiquing the dance, Karen said: “Yes there were a couple of heel leads and the hips were on vacation but the stamina and he got the steps right and I thought he did brilliantly. You did so well.”
Chris added: “The love on social media from it has been so lovely the Twitter and Instagram, everyone has been amazing.
“I got emotional reading them the day after, people were so nice and obviously I was expecting ‘Ahhh!’ but it was so nice.”

Zoe quipped: “You see that’s going to life your spirits as well… 13 points from the judges, just clear of the bottom.”
The It Takes Two host then revealed the pair had achieved a disappointing record together.
“It’s Karen’s lowest ever score,” she revealed. “Congratulations…”
“I didn’t know that and you’ve never mentioned that,” the comedian remarked.
“I wasn’t trying to, I was being a gentle lady,” Karen explained.
“It’s nice to have some kind of record,” Zoe added.
Has this score revelation sealed the couple’s fate on the dance floor this weekend?
If Chris continues to score low in comparison with Karen’s history on the show, this could see them being eliminated first.
Later on Zoe went on to highlight the positive comments Chris received from the judges.
“But Shirley loves your physique, she says you are capable of great things,” she said.
Chris replied: “I know that was nice so I’m just trying to dine out on that for the week.
“I phoned my wife straight after, ‘Did you hear what she said about my physique?’

“No I am taking the positive things from what the judges have said and trying to build on that this week, that’s what we’re trying to do.”
Elsewhere in the show, Karim Zeroual revealed he’s been told he’s not allowed to rehearse in the CBBC studio where he works.
“You mentioned how busy you are,” Zoe began. “Hacker the dog has banned you from any dance practice in the CBBC studio.”
“He has, yeah,” the CBBC presenter confirmed before explaining how tough it can be to fit rehearsals around his work.
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday at 6.40pm on BBC One.
