The Chase viewers were left distracted during Wednesday's edition of the ITV quiz show as a number of fans claimed presenter Bradley Walsh’s voice sounded a bit different.
Bradley Walsh has been presenting the hugely-popular programme for years, and some fans tune in every single day – as a result knowing all the quirks of the host and chasers.
As Wednesday’s episode kicked off, it sounded as though the host had a little bit of a croak in his voice as he introduced his team.
Contestants Siva, 40, a sports medical doctor from London, Fiona, 31, an operations manager from the Wirral, David, 55, a prison chef from Preston, and Ashlea, 28, a senior charity manager from Cambridgeshire excitedly lined up on the panel ready to get stuck in.
But fans couldn’t focus on the action at first, instantly taking to Twitter to ask what was different about Bradley’s voice.
"Why does Bradders sound so sad?" one person wondered.
Another questioned: "Is it me or does Bradley sound different?"
A third puzzled fan demanded: "Does Bradley sounds weird or it is my telly?
