Some fans on Reddit.com feel like they have already found a major detail that would change the dynamic between the show’s two leads.
Did Sara and Alex have different dads?
During the show, we get a glimpse of Sara’s journal, an important piece of evidence that could lead back to her killer.
While the moment was brief, fans have been digging through the pages seen in the show to try and find clues of their own.
One fan found a clue, writing: “When you read the frames of Sara’s journal you find out her and Alex are not fathered by the same dad.”
They continued: “Sara’s dad seems to be in some sort of psychological institution of sorts.”
Fans had to pause the show to find these details hidden in plain sight, giving viewers more of an insight into Sara and her past.
Another fan replied: “She also says marisol is her sister and that sara’s father is in a mental hospital,
“I think sara has split personality bc there’s also a depiction of one body with multiple faces,” they added.
It isn’t clear how the plot will continue in the second season, with no confirmation on plot details revealed by Netflix, so far.
At the end of season one, the list of Sara’s killers has been narrowed to just one – Mariana Lazcano (Claudia Ramírez).
